How to declare pre-existing medicals conditions for you or any other person you wish to insure and complete the online insurance purchase. Click Instant Quote and complete the quote details, hit calculate quote.
If you are happy with the quote and wish to proceed, click pre-existing medical Conditions to declare.
A pop-up page will appear. Call the medical screening line. They will tell you whether cover can be provided for the medical condition(s). If an additional premium is required to insure the medical condition(s) you pay the medical screening line over the telephone by card. They will then give you a medical number.
When you complete the online details you add the medical number in the box beside the relevant insured person, hit the enter key to save the medical number.
You then complete the details, make payment for the travel insurance and print off your documents.Close window
