EMHCOV13 Leaseholder’s Improvements Extension
The sum insured under Section One – Buildings relates to permanent leaseholder(s)’ owned improvements: kitchen(s), bathroom(s), internal fixtures and fittings, internal doors and flooring not insured by the block buildings insurance policy covering the building(s).
Cover under this extension excludes loss and damage to walls, roofs, ceilings, concrete flooring and floorboards, external doors and windows, pipes, cables and services to the building, fixed solar panels, domestic outbuildings and private garages, radio and television aerials, satellite dishes, their fittings and masts which are attached to the home, permanently installed swimming pools, tennis courts, drives, patios, terraces, walls, gates, paths, fences and fixed fuel tanks.
